TAB New Zealand approached the team with the goal of redesigning their current website. I wanted to create an exciting web experience for their users. The brief was fairly open, an enhancement to pull the website from the early 2000s and create something modern and unique to the brand.

Start the design process by creating a sitemap. A sitemap outlines all the pages your site will have and is the framework on which I plan the site. If you already have a website with a sitemap you are happy with, I can just replicate that, although some adjustments might need to be made for SEO.

Moodboards give you a feel of what the site will look like, from the colour scheme and fonts to layouts and animations. This step is where we outline the design direction for the rest of the design phase.

Mood Board

Wireframes are the bones of the website. We lay out the elements that give you a glimpse of what your site will look like. We try to outline the user flow and structure here, this means we are all on the same page with what is being created.

Interface and user experience are at the heart of the design process. They dictate how the elements of the site will flow, and how comfortable it is for your customers to navigate.
