Trax Music

Trax is a music platform that aims to create a social marketplace and content aggregator to help artists connect with their most dedicated fans.

Trax allows artists to create a digital space for their superfans, Grow their communities, and Increase revenue through exclusive content and events. For fans, buying content on TRAX helps them build a relationship with artists that can support future projects and bring the community together.

I was hired as a UX/UI Designer in collaboration with SLAPS Creative to refresh the music platform. SLAPS completed the branding and provided all assets for the new platform.

I carried out a UX/UI Analysis to understand the pain points of the current design, where things can be improved, and how we can approach these issues with a new design. The main objectives were to review the current app’s design to understand its strengths and weaknesses. Identify areas that do not align with the new branding or could be enhanced to feel more premium. Analyse competitors or similar high-end apps to understand what design elements work well in conveying exclusivity.
